Live life fearlessly
Coaching within your Akashic Records

Life moves at a fast pace, and many of us are in fight or flight from an early age not realizing that it's not sustainable. When we finally realize it, chronic illness, anxiety, depression, and numbing out can be our way. It doesn't have to be that way.
I've been there, and the tools that I used on my journey back to health are the ones that I've taken the time to do more schooling on so that I can help others do the same.
Within the pages of this website are the breadcrumbs of my journey back to health from neuroplasticity, brain retraining, coaching, meditation and the magic of the Akashic Records.

I'm a certified coach through Transform Coaching Academy, which is accredited by the International Coaching Federation, and I'm working on my Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credentials.
I'm also a certified Akashic Records practitioner and certified Akashic Records Healer and that's where the coaching experience is different with me. The guidance is not only coming from within you, and from me, but also from the guardians of your Akashic Records.

All coaching is done online from the comfort of your own home.
Are you ready to step out of your comfort zone? Walk your own path even when societal messaging points elsewhere? Speak your truth even when it scares you? Build more awareness around your reactions? Discover your purpose? Surrender yourself to the experience of life? Or maybe you just want a more peaceful life.

The Akashic Records is not a means to see the future, but to receive the guidance and healing to reach the future the guardians of your records know is waiting for you.

We sometimes get in our own way, and the Akashic Records is a tool to bring the pieces forward to heal, transform or let go of, allowing you to reach that future.
Go thru the "Meet Jan" page, and you'll see the metamorphosis of someone who looked like she was living fearlessly, but who was living in fight or flight which lead to many years of chronic illness. Then the slow crawl back to a life that's even more beautiful because it's not viewed thru the lens of survival.

I have so much love for the 'little tornado' that I was because my heart was in the right place, and it was that drive that didn't settle for a life with chronic illness, and made me look outside the box to heal.
